🛒 Orders and Purchases

How do I place an order?

Shopping on Battery24.it is simple:

  1. Search for the product you need
  2. Click "Add to cart"
  3. Go to your cart and click "Proceed to checkout"
  4. Enter your details and choose your payment method
  5. Confirm your order

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • ✅ Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • ✅ PayPal
  • ✅ Bank transfer (for business orders)
  • ✅ Shop Pay (express checkout)

Can I modify or cancel an order?

You can modify or cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@ragagroup.it. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be modified.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order details and order number.


🚚 Shipping and Deliveries

How much does shipping cost?

  • 🎉 FREE for orders over €50
  • 📦 €6.90 for orders under €50

What are the delivery times?

24-48 working hours throughout Italy for products available in stock.

For made-to-order products, times may vary from 3 to 7 working days.

Do you ship abroad?

Currently, we only ship to Italy. For international shipments, please contact us at info@ragagroup.it

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your shipment by clicking the link in the email or in your customer area.

What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

The courier will leave a delivery attempt notice. You can pick up the package at the indicated pickup point or arrange a new delivery.


🔄 Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes! You have 14 days from receipt to return unused products in their original packaging.

How do I make a return?

  1. Contact us at info@ragagroup.it stating your order number
  2. We will send you return instructions
  3. Send the product back in its original packaging
  4. You will receive your refund within 7-10 working days

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or our error.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund is processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.


🔋 Batteries - Technical Questions

How do I choose the right battery for my car/motorcycle?

Check your vehicle's manual or current battery for:

  • Voltage: 12V (car/motorcycle) or 6V (vintage motorcycle)
  • Capacity (Ah): E.g., 45Ah, 60Ah, 70Ah
  • Cold Cranking Amps (A): E.g., 400A, 540A
  • Dimensions: Length x Width x Height
  • Terminal type: Positive on the right or left

What is the difference between AGM and Gel batteries?

  • AGM: Maintenance-free, ideal for cars with Start&Stop, higher cranking power
  • Gel: Resistant to deep discharges, ideal for photovoltaic and marine applications, longer lifespan

How long does a battery last?

  • AGM car/motorcycle batteries: 3-5 years
  • SAFT lithium batteries: 10-15 years
  • Anti-theft batteries: 3-5 years

Are the batteries charged when they arrive?

AGM lead-acid batteries arrive pre-charged and ready for use. Lithium batteries are already charged.

Do you offer installation assistance?

We provide free technical support via email. For professional installations, we recommend consulting an auto electrician or specialized technician.


🛠️ INGCO Tools

Do INGCO tools come with a warranty?

Yes, all INGCO tools are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.

Are tool batteries compatible with each other?

Yes! INGCO 20V batteries are compatible with the entire INGCO 20V tool line.


💳 Invoicing

Can I receive an invoice?

Yes! An invoice is automatically issued for all orders. You will receive the electronic invoice via email.

How do I enter business invoicing details?

During checkout, fill in the fields:

  • Company name
  • VAT number
  • SDI code or PEC (for electronic invoice)

Are the products original?

Yes, we sell only original products from top brands: Energy Safe, SAFT, Yuasa, GS Yuasa, INGCO, Fiamm, and others.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped via courier.
